History

Hissori's history begins with his father, Raiga Bikou. Raiga was a top class Jounin who went on all sorts of secret missions for the lightning village. However, it wasn't long until he had been captured, tortured, pumped for information, and finally executed. The information that he handed over was a pivotal defense point in the Kumo gate wall, and with this information several rogue shinobi were able to break in, and begin terrorizing the village. Upon being defeated by the Raikage, he was able to learn that Raiga had given them the information right before his death, that just wouldn't do.

Young Hissori has now just graduated from the academy near the top of his class. Although he doesn't know it yet, he is already the sole property of Kumo. If his dad had lived he would have served a life sentence in prison, since he died though the village decided that Hissori would give his own life as payment. The Raikage has plans for how to train Kumo's newest possession.
