Hiretsuna met up at the rendezvous point where Akio had been waiting. With him, were two other ninjas who wore flak jackets and ANBU masks. They must've been Hunter-Nin, like Akio. One was about the same size as Akio, more or less, with long black hair. While the other was a little bigger then him. Hiretsuna approached them, and bowed her head. "I'm here, Akio-Sensei. Here is the scroll", she said as she handed the scroll over.
"Good work, Hire. I'm glad you made it in time", Akio said. "I want you to meet my team-mates", he pointed to the long haired one, "This is Sapato". Sapato quickly bowed to Hiretsuna. Akio then pointed to the other, "And this is Renga". Renga nodded as Akio turned back to Hiretsuna, "Are you ready for your next mission?", he asked her.
Before she could answer, Renga interupted, "Akio, we should probably be leaving soon".
"He's right, Akio. It's getting dark out", Sapato pointed out.
"Hm, I see", Akio state. "Okay then, get into position. Hire, you'll take the rear". The 4 ninja took their spots with Akio leading, Sapato on the left, Renga on the right, and Hiretsuna in the back. Since she didn't know where they were headed, she just followed the ANBU as they took to the trees.
After some traveling, Akio halted the team. "Look", he instructed. "Rouges". A group of ninja were down below them, there were 4 of them. Each had a slash on their forehead protector, which was of Kirikagure. One of the men seem to be yelling at the others.
"Alright guys, let's talk about our next move", The man said. He stood out from the others, mostly because of his eye-patch. But he also seemed to have more charisma than the others considering how they all listened to him. He was obviously the leader.
"Yes, lets", Akio interrupeted. The Missing-Nin all turned around and to their dismay they saw Akio and his squad. Akio stood on a branch with one of his warglaives drawn and his team-mates behind him.
"Hunters!", one of them yelled.
"Attack!'. the leader yelled. In an instant, all of the rouge ninja withdrew their shuriken and launched them at the 4-man squad. Their projectiles were blocked by kunai thrown by the Hunter squad. Then, the rouges split up, each heading in a different direction. With just hand signal, Akio commanded his fellow Hunter-Nin to each go after the fleeing ninja. After the others departed, Akio took out the scroll from earlier and placed it within some bushes as if it were trap. "Okay, Hire, follow me", Akio instructed as he left in pursuit of the leader.
Hiretsuna followed after Akio, who was easily gaining on the fleeing man. Within moments, Akio had cut off the man from his path. Akio swung his warglaive at the man, but he found himself slicing through a water clone. The real rouge ninja leader appeared from behind a tree and ran in the opposite direction of Akio. Hiretsuna was beginning to take off after him, however was stopped by Akio. "Not yet", he said. "I have a plan".
The fleeing man kept running. He had though that he lost Akio, however he accedentally stepped on the scroll that Akio planted. All of a sudden, a field of water began to surround him. The liquid then engulfed the man, foarming a sphere around him and creating a prison of water. The man tried to escape the sphere, but it was unbreakable and he was now trapped. He looked all around him with a paniced look on his face. He then saw Akio, who had one hand in the water prison, and Hiretsuna who followed him.
"There's no escaping", Akio informed the imprisoned man. "The water's density is increasing as I speak".
Akio was right, the prisoner could not move a muscle. Just then, the other two Hunter-Nin showed up with the other runaways in their possesion, who were now incapacitated. Akio then released the man who collapsed on the ground, gasping for air. Akio lifted him by the collar and handed him to one of his comrades. Akio motioned the other shinobi to go on ahead and then turned to Hiretsuna, "Good job keeping your composure, Hire. I'm impressed, now let's go home".
The two then headed home after a job well done.
