Questions about stuff

First off, how would one go about making one of those RP box things? Are they necessary, or just a nice-to-have thing?
Also, are the scrolls needed for summoning via kuchiyose the same as the 2000 ryo ones for weapons, or different?

the boxes are just a nice to have thing really, but if you'd like one, someone can always make one for you

as for summoning scrolls, no those don't cost anything if you make one for your character. they're sort of a freebie you could say

If one learns White Secret Technique: Ten Puppet Collection of Chikamatsu, do they have to make the original puppets, or can they redesign their own?
EDIT: Also, are you allowed to learn both Human Puppet and WST: TPCoC?

well, in terms of appearance I suppose you could design your own, but in terms of abilities I would probably say leave them canon

Um... well you can only have one elemental rasengan. Can't think of any others off the top of my head
EDIT: there's also either rasengan or chidori, only one or the other.

Immortality Ninjutsu. When you learn it, do you get a 'true form' that just hides inside the body? Does it have to be a snake? Is that an entirely different jutsu? Etc.

Also, on Jutsu Learning, about Edo Tensei/Human Puppet it says 'They are allowed 10 max jutsu, no higher than jonin'
On the S-Rank Ninjutsu page, Human Puppet doesn't list any limitations (though they're listed on jutsu learning so doesn't matter), but Edo Tensei says 'They are allowed 5 max jutsu, no higher than jonin, no bloodline'.

The way the Immortality Ninjutsu of Orochimaru worked was he made his true form a big-ass snake, and put it in bodies, then made the bodies look like him. Pretty much worked like that, at least.

Is that the case here? If not, how does it work, considering his 'inner world' was gotten to by being eaten? If so, does your true form have to be a snake for some inane reason?

uh...if you're talking about the Fushi Tensei, then no... that had nothing to do with turning his body into a snake. Orochimaru's body became that way after he experimented on himself numerous times. The jutsu is just a soul transference, nothing else.

if it was never explained in the manga, then I really don't know... all I know is that fushi tensei is a soul transference as far as I and this site is concerned

Can you add puppet-stuff to human puppets, like Sasori did? i.e. that thing where Sandaime had tons of arms coming out, or launcher stuff, or whatever.
If so, can you use the puppet-stuff as if it wasn't a human puppet, so you can combine said human/normal puppet with other uses? Or can you only use the puppet stuff on the human puppet if you're not using other normal puppets?

You can have as many characters originate from any village you like, but only one can currently be living in/rping in a village, with the exception of saga circumstances.

uhhh... you can only make one character per village, is the rule I think you're referring to. Unless you're making someone to leave a village ASAP for elsewhere, then you can't make another character in a village where you already have a character

No, I'm not meaning a character.. this is getting confusing.
Does the rule apply to characters originating (with the exception of being pretty much created as wandering) from the village, or located in the village?
Lets say I wanted to move Misao to Kumo. Would I have to kill off Izumi, or just move her to Konoha? (I have no Konoha chars, FYI)
Would that be any different if it was a temporary appearance, as opposed to permanently moving?

uhhh... well you can't just go village hopping. In order to move to a different village, there's a whole process, doubly if you're moving 2 characters.

In said example you could just move Izumi to Konoha, but in RP, moving characters isn't just as simple as moving. You have to get permission from your kage to leave, go through a process of why you want to leave, sign paperwork, have the other village agree to taking you in, hope they don't think you're a spy, etc. Or go the Sonya route and randomly run away and be lucky enough to have the new village kage take you in without questions.

As for temporary visits, no you wouldn't have to do anything special since it's just a visit... but again you can't just go visit another village without special permission, probably between both villages, since the other village might think you're an enemy and try to kill you, or something... yeah.
