Were would my services be appreciated the most also rank of my ninja?

Services=Shounin could always use more, also Iwa is drastically underpeopled. Suna/Kumo are the next least people.
You have to start as Genin with one character. For your later ones, any rank is good, look through the character lists for ranks of other ninjas and figure out what you want from there.
You can only start as Jonin max, but can have a starting sannin if you have 2 starting genin, and you can only have one starting sannin.

Shounin don't count for that, they all start sannin. So you know, shounin=baddeez. You could still probably be evil and all and not be there, naturally.

I'm pretty sure that was just done for dramatic effect in the anime. there's no information anywhere regarding the byakugan being able to see in slow motion, and in my quite honest opinion, it already does enough anyway

oh ok but it was said in the anime that neji had super fast reaction skills which would mean that all clan members have super fast reaction skills.

I would imagine that's just because the gentle fist style relies on speed and accuracy, and so they've trained their speed and reaction to compensate. I doubt it's another innate byakugan ability

In a genjutsu, can you harm/kill an opponent

genjutsu can in no way cause physical harm (aside from headaches, nausea, or exhaustion, depending on the severity of the illusion) or kill a victim

I think he means can you harm/kill while the opponent is under a form of genjutsu, by using your killingness.

not outside of normality, no... genjutsus either A) show an opponent something while you are still visible to them, so can still defend normally, or B) show an opponent something while you disappear to them, in which case you cannot move or attack due to the required concentration
