The way that both the enemy and the ground itself are cut apart is reminiscent of the strike of a great sword.

Description – After focusing chakra to her tongue it grows to its maximum limit and has been reshaped with a face. The tongue will then seek out the scent of its target. When the target is found, she ensnares it to prevent escape and marks it with a corrosive chemical (causes only a minor burn, barely enough to eat clothes).

either way the genjutsu is way too overpowered

Yeah, most people do, but it doesn't seem overpowered from an rp point of view. It just puts the victim in a cube of water and it can be dispelled through normal means

it also completely binds the target while the summoner can do whatever they want to them... from what I understand

The same result could be achieved with a team with a genjutsuer, y'know..... and probably will be.

except you can accomplish it with one person here...

and the 2 turn charge up mean nothing either when it's the summons taking that time and the summoner can still fight normally

I see what you mean... What if the binding lasted for one post and the toads cannot use jutsu for 5 posts after? I wasn't even planning for it to be used like that, but if other people get signed to the contract that would be troublesome...

eh, I'd prefer it if summons didn't know any kind of binding genjutsu... at least the other two can be either dodged or aren't that damaging

I, erm, understand that the first and second are toad-like enough that human users could require an affiliation in order to use them, but the second isn't really very toad-ish, it's just a cool water jutsu that a toad happens to know..
