Saru has always been a gifted ninja since he first came out of the academy. He honors the mist village and will give his life at anytime for it. His dream has always been to be a anbu black op. And now that he has finaly realized his dream he will try to get as strong as he can so he can go to the next level as a sanin. Saru has lost almost everybody in his family do to fighting and violence. So he wants to make sure he does not loose anyone else so he wants to get way stronger to make sure that happens

After properly going over, you should have 6 more jutsu than you do. It's not a big deal, but you're missing out on it.
Also, you have to be at least Sannin to start with variations on Chidori or Rasengan.

Looks pretty close to Sasuke to me, if that's the case then you would need to change his picture since i believe that there is already someone using sasuke as there character, if it isn't sasuke then i think everything is all good... Approved

shadow clone explosion is A-rank, and there's no such rank as ANBU Jounin, it's just Jounin
