History

Haru is the only child. He is a member of the branch family of the hyuuga clan. He does not like the main branch at all. Haru prides himself in his training and believes that the hyuuga clan is the greatest clan in the leaf village. Even thought the main branch has caused much pain to Haru and his family he still looks past that. Haru's main goal is to change the way's of the hyuuga clan and make it equal for eveyone

Uuuuhn, you're not listening, most people aren't thinking that way, PLUS some people don't want to be missing nin.

Why SHOULDN'T we do this? It will help.

Because Hyuugas are extraordinarily protective over their bloodline, hence the reason for the curse seal that turns branch members' brains into mush should they ever be captured or defect from the clan. They never would have allowed their bloodline to leave the village.

Well, like you said, the beauty of an RP site is that we can do what we want.
Going over the character bloodlines.. huh, there are less hyuuga than I thought.
Counting not-yet-approved applications, and counting hyuuga outside of konoha, there are 5.
It's still the highest, not counting bloodlineless or uchiha, but yeah, guess I can't say why konoha is so popular.
Maybe extend it to 100% "can't make konoha/kiri/suna chars until kumo/iwa are the same amount of ninjas"
Once that happens, there'll be enough of all ninja that it won't really matter anymore if they're a bit uneven.
