A tent owned by a local merchant. When the earthquake devastated Iwa this merchant was able to use the few earth jutsus that he knew to preserve the weapons and jutsu scrolls. Since they are such a rare find he is still allowed to charge the normal price for them, allowing him to have quite nice accommodations and position in Iwa. He is an extremely polite gentleman though, and often enjoys chatting with the young shinobi.
